오늘부터는 YBM 10분 영어전화에서 실제로 진행한 시간과 내가 오늘 도전해본 영어표현(미리준비)를 사용한 것을 기록하고, 이에 대한 피드백도 적으려고 한다.

[배운점]

1. 지난번 영어전화 2번에서는 2분 선생님 모두 말씀이 빨랐는데, 이분은 천천히 말씀해주시고

오히려 나에게도 "american don't really talk that fast'라고 천천히 말하라고 하셨다.

2. 대답에 맞는 대답을 하면, "Ok, I agree"로 피드백을 준다.

3. 자기소개까지는 하겠는데, 왜 영어공부를 하고 그것이 왜 중요하다고 생각하는지?에 대한 답변은 어색하게 문장을 만들었었다. (Explain why you are learning English and why it is important.)

평소 내 생각을 말하기 편하게 만들어 놓고, 그것을 basic sentence로 정리하는 습관을 들여야겠다.

4. Explain 발음을 [iks]가 아닌 [eks]로 발음하신다. 영국발음인지 확인하고 싶어서 찾아보았다.

이렇게 네이버 사전에서 미국식 발음, 영국식 발음을 들을 수 있다. 그런데 둘다 [iks]로 말했다.

음.. 지역에 따른 발음이 다른 것인가. 북미 발음은 다른가.
